We kindly appeal to the public to provide information or file reports on the following:

• transport operators that have syndicates seizing passenger luggage and forcing them into their vehicles.
• reckless driving including the use of phones while driving.
• hit and run cases.
• police escapers.
• kidnapping and suspected kidnapping.
• transport operators with life threatening vehicle conditions such as smashed windscreens which reduces driver's visibility, no view mirrors, wipers not working.
• motorists traveling with babies on front passenger seats.
• motorists overtaking on blind rises and corners.

We encourage reports to be accompanied by vehicle registration number and where possible, a photo or video footage.

We usually encourage the public to use public transport to reduce cases of kidnapping and theft.

Alternatively the public can use verified tax operators listed here for their safety.

We also recommend inDrive as another safe option for the public to use. Download the inDrive application here.

However in the event you use a private vehicle and are suspicious, please capture the vehicle registration before boarding and send us a message on WhatsApp in the following format.

We will be able to work with the police and private investigators should there be some theft and kidnapping cases.

We can also be able to use the information provided to assist you in finding and recovering your belongings you may have forgotten.

And if you signal us of theft and kidnapping along your journey we can be able to notify the police on the nearest road block.

By accessing and using this website and its reporting features, including submitting information or contacting us via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform
This platform is provided for public users to report incidents related to road safety, crime, or suspicious activities. Examples of such reports include, but are not limited to: as described under "Shaping safer road travel" above.
The platform also allows users to send vehicle registration numbers and trip details for personal safety or property recovery purposes.

2. Non-Emergency Use
This platform is not an exclusive site for all emergency cases. Reporting discretions are encouraged in determining fast rescue and support channels. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, you may call your local emergency number should it provide quicker rescue.
We do not guarantee immediate response or intervention.

3. Use of WhatsApp for Reporting
Users may optionally send their details to our official WhatsApp number for safety logging.  
We do not track your location in real-time, and you must voluntarily provide accurate information.

4. Accuracy of Reports
By submitting a report, you confirm that false reporting may have legal consequences under applicable laws.

5. Anonymity and Identity
You may choose to submit a report anonymously. However, anonymous reports may limit our ability to verify the incident or provide follow-up support.
Providing contact information (e.g., email or phone) enables us to provide follow-up support effectively and offer rescue.
We will never share your personal contact details publicly without your consent, unless required by law.

6. Law Enforcement and Investigations
We reserve the right to share your information with the police or private investigators for your support. 

7. Content Moderation
We may review, moderate, and store submitted reports for safety and legal compliance.  
We reserve the right to remove or decline reports that contain spam, abusive content, or illegal material.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, design, logos) is the property of the platform owner unless stated otherwise. You may not reuse or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written permission.
